What format are the photos I'm viewing in?
All Pureshot-iom Photo Store photos are shown in JPG format.
Do you add non private photos to the webiste?
Yes. We add photos that we have taken at events that we attend. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted to the site.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase has been made we can not offer a refund.
The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we can make exceptions on a case by case basis.
When can I expect to receive my prints?
Once your order and been placed and your payment approved standard turnaround time is 4-5 business working day. At busy times this may take longer but you will be informed via e-mail using the e-mail address you supplied.
Why are the photographs on the site not that sharp in quality?
All photographs have been reduced in size to keep the website size to a minimum. Your actual print will be a full resolution image.
Why is Postage on my photos so high?
All photographs are printed using Kodak Kiosk Printers based in the UK, the postage costs include the charge that Pureshot-iom incurs in collecting/handling your images for delivery.
Why does my print not look identical to the one on the website?
Some cropping my occur dependant on your print size requested. |
